Newly renovated 3bedroom 2bathroom home with open floor plan spacious living dining and kitchen area.
The house is fully equipped to sleep 8 people (2/rm + pull out bed in living room. Home has airconditioners in each bedroom and in the Living room area.
Free High speed WiFi access , Smart TV's in each room loaded with netflix, Youtube, etc.,
Property fully equipped with small and large appliances. Wash room with large washer and drying rack.
Two porches ( one in front and one in back) Garden area is large in both front and back of the property. with ample lighting around the property Property is gated and completely fenced and also has surveilance cameras on the exterior of the property covering the entire grounds.
Easy access for entry (information on access to the property provided on the day of arrival). Transportation available to and from airport and to local tourist attraction at extra cost which can be arranged during booking. A cook can be provided as needed at extra costs arranged during booking. Property is located approximately 20mins from Montego Bay airport, 10mins from Falmouth (historical town with new cruise ship pier). 10mins from Martha Bay Rafting and close proximity to various restaurants, walking distance to grocery store, swimming area and various other nearby convenient/must see locations.
Guest access
Guess will have full access to the property both inside an outside. Rooms will be available depending on the amount of guests. Upper section of closet in back Bedroom will be locked.
Other things to note
Transportation is available if required at an additional charge. Guest can be transported to any location required. Location within 15mile/min radius can be done on call, however, prior planning will be required for further distances.
A cook can be provided on call at an additional costs if required, however please plan ahead so this can be arranged ahead of time.
Guest will be charged for any damages incurred.
